Cooking
Pour the milk into a saucepan, put on fire, heated to lukewarm (not hot). Remove from the heat. Add the yeast and sugar and stir. Leave for a while and do some other ingredients.
On fire melts our oil (in my case butter and margarine). Slightly cooled.
Pour our milk-yeast mixture to the bowl, where we are going to knead the dough. There add the cooled butter. Stir with a whisk.
The egg, rasputyvat it (not whisk), add to the mix. Mix again.
Gradually begin to add the flour. When I added a couple tablespoons of flour - add baking powder and vanilla. Knead a stiff dough.
Here is our dough. I think it is close in structure to the dough for pancakes, but I think a little thicker.
That's the structure we have :) we Put our dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to come. Cover with a towel to not zavetrilos.
Our dough is well-suited, it becomes very porous, so weightless. Even a bit smoothed. Next, heat our waffle maker according to instructions. The idea is that you need to lubricate it with oil, but I forgot about it, and the result is not affected - all well-starred. But if your waffle iron suffers from adhesion of the product is better postrequires and brush thinly with vegetable oil.
Here are the wonderful waffles are! They are very soft, not crispy, neeeeeeee.
You can also experiment with the filling. I made 3 kinds of waffles - one added cubed chocolate, the second - finely chopped Apple, and some left without filling. I honestly, more than anything with Apple like - waffles turned out a little moist from the Apple, but so delicious and rich! Chocolate - for the sweet tooth :) Also I would add dried cherries or cranberries, can be white chocolate, any other fruits. It is already playing your imagination! Bon appetit :)
