Cooking
Mix a little pink paint with milk. I have gel food coloring.
Add in a bowl the sifted flour, yeast (my yeast is Dr. Oetker), salt, sugar, egg (25 grams, the rest will come in handy for brushing biscuits) and melted butter. Pour the milk and water.
Tighten the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place to rise, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and form balls. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise the rolls again.
Chocolate breaking into pieces. Balls roll out into a pancake, in the center place the chocolate, well stung, giving a round shape. Instead of chocolate you can use any non-fluid filling.
Balls to put in silicon form or on a baking sheet, greased.
Give the rolls rest for 15-20 minutes. With your finger or a wooden handle to make a small indentation in the center of the rolls. Brush with remaining egg. Bake at 180 C for 15-18 minutes until tender. Please note, baking time is approximate, be guided by your oven.
In the recess of the finished rolls to stick the cloves to cool and serve. Bon appetit!
