Cupcakes
Saw these fun cupcakes online and wanted to repeat and make the kids happy. I really love these recipes-not complicated, but effective and gives a lot of positive emotions))Go, will be interesting!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

    60 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

Cupcakes you can cook according to your recipe or use mine. They come out very tender, flavorful and quite budget). All products must be at room temperature. Thoroughly mix flour, soda and baking powder.

Beat the egg (I have 2 small ones)at low speed of mixer or by hand for 2-3-min.

Add sugar, salt and 1/2 table. spoons of vanilla sugar and whip for another minute. I use brown sugar TM"Mistral"it gives the cupcakes with additional caramel flavor.

Pour half of flour mixture, mix on low speed mixer (long whip is not necessary).

Yogurt and vegetable oil, mix half of the mixture to add to dough, mix well. Then add the remaining flour mixture, stir, pour the remaining liquid and all stir again. The batter should be the consistency of a thick cream.

Put the dough in molds approximately 2/3 of the height and bake at 180 deg. about 20 min. to dry the sample on a toothpick.

Next, prepare the cream, I made creamy custard. Mix 100 g sugar, remaining vanilla sugar,1 table. a spoonful of flour, add eggs to mix.

To decorate melt the chocolate (I do this in a water bath)and coat them with a straw. The author of the recipe just sprinkled the candy into strips and set to harden, but I did it, candy didn't want to stay on the sticks, so I first laid out the candy as shown in photos, put them covered on one side with chocolate straw and put to harden in refrigerator for 15 min. Then covered with straw with the other hand and again put on in the same way spread out the candy, sent in the fridge. Then taped candy emptiness.
