  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Melted butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Caviar

  • Caviar black

1. In a bowl pour 1 Cup (200 ml) of warm milk, add yeast, sugar and pour 4 tbsp of the sifted flour, stir, cover and leave in a warm place until the appearance of the foam caps.
