Tyrolean blueberry pie

Ingredients

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Blueberries

    300 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

Butter " e " to grate, to grind flour crumbs, add the sugar, baking powder, mix well. Add the eggs, yolk and knead the dough. Put them in the bag and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll the dough and put in shape making edges on the walls. Prick with a fork, cover with baking paper and pour cereal or peas, the dough is not reared. Bake at t=200 approximately 10-13 minutes, NO more. Take out and let it cool down COMPLETELY.

Grind the blueberries with the sugar and pour the mass basis of the test. If you do with frozen, first drain the juice from the berries after defrosting.

In a blender mix all ingredients for filling and carefully pour onto the blueberry mass.

Bake at t=200 in about 20 minutes the Surface should be dense. Allow to cool completely.
