Cooking
The cooking time is indicated without the account of time curing mousse. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Measure out 70 grams of cane sugar TM "Mistral".
Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar. Beat the yolks separately with the remaining sugar.
Oranges wash thoroughly and grate the zest on a grater.
Squeeze the juice, heat it until hot and dissolve gelatin in it swollen.
Gently mix all ingredients.
Pour mixture into form and place in the fridge for a few hours. Put the frozen mousse from the mold.
