Cooking
The wings are cut, leaving aside the centrifugal phalanx. Put in a suitable container. Mix the yogurt, mustard, acute tomato sauce 1 tbsp. garlic 5 cloves (you can chop or squeeze through a garlic press), salt. Pour the wings and in the fridge for 5 hours or more. Bake at 210 degrees for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes of baking the wings to turn.
Five minutes until cooked wings prepare sauce. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Then add 1 tbsp tomato sauce, spicy and sweet. Then the Apple cider vinegar, preferably aromatizirovannaya of 3 percent. After boiling, squeeze the garlic 1 clove. Ready.
Get the wings from the oven, pour on them the sauce, shake all. Dinner is served! As we say in Ukraine, SAVORY!
