Cooking

step-0
To prepare the dough for pancakes (for my recipe).
step-1
To fry 6 pancakes
step-2
Liver skip through Mincer.
step-3
Add the egg, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
step-4
Add the semolina, mix well.
step-5
Form for baking grease lightly with oil (I have silicone, size 12 X 23). Lay one pancake (the edges down, but then they need to be raised).
step-6
Each pancake (4 pieces) liberally around the diameter (stepping 1 cm from the edges) meat. To roll the roulade.
step-7
For filling, whisk to mix all the ingredients.
step-8
A pancake in the shape to put two rolls are ready, pour the filling (a half). On top lay two more rolls. Again, pour fill, but leave a couple tablespoons.
step-9
Close the top of pancakes the last pancake and grease residues fill.
step-10
Set in oven temperature of 150*. Cooking time will depend on the stuffing and the number of layers of the rolls. For this dish you can take any other meat (pork, pork-beef, poultry). If you do ground beef, add onion to the stuffing. Layers you can also do more. And not putting 2 rolls, and three, for example (despite what the form width).
