My daughter has decided that once a week she will cook us dinner. Well, still "very very" is not, and the two of us at the time! So we decided to cook a delicious and healthy dinner. Cooking

Thoroughly RUB the marinade on all sides. Cover with film and leave in the fridge for an hour (if preparing much in advance, can longer be left in the marinade)
