Cabbage-rice cake with tuna
Extraordinarily simple in execution recipe. Delicious both cold and hot. In the filling allowed any changes in the direction of your taste preferences.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Rice flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

Cabbage finely chopped.

Onion cut into thin half-rings and fry cabbage in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.

Rice flakes from Mistral pour into a saucepan and cover with hot water for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl stir fried vegetables with rice cereal and mashed canned tuna. To taste add salt, pepper, herbs and mix well again.

In the bowl of a mixer combine eggs, yogurt, salt, sugar, baking powder... Add the flour and knead the dough thick sour cream.

Form, liberally lubricated with butter. Spread half of the dough, it put the stuffing.

Spread remaining dough and generously sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put the form in a preheated 180* the oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until dry splinter. To remove the cake from the mold and cool on a wire rack.
