Description
Muffins on kefir and sour cream has turned out moderately sweet, soft and fragrant. Peach you can substitute your favorite fruit or berries.

Cooking
1. Combine whole wheat (150 g) and gram flour (50 g), sift into a bowl.
2. Add baking powder, vanilla, sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Yogurt mix (125 ml) sour cream (2 tbsp)...
4... and add to softened butter, mix well.
5. Liquid mixture to mix with flour mixture. Knead the dough. If you need to add 2-3 tbsp of wheat flour.
6. Gather the dough into a ball. Put the bowl in the refrigerator and let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
7. Rinse the peaches, Pat dry with paper towel and cut into small slices. Pour starch (1 tbsp), mix gently. The skin from the peaches to remove as desired.
8. Divide chilled dough into 9-10 pieces, to form balls.
9. From each ball to roll out round tortillas. Put the filling.
10. To assemble the cake in a knot to form a bun.
11... and place on the baking tray lined with a silicone Mat (not greased) or parchment (grease), seam side down. To not escape when baking the juice from the peaches on a baking sheet to do the rolls (top) small incisions. Grease muffin liquid sour cream or yogurt and bake in a well preheated 180-190 C oven for about 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. After 25-30 minutes, greased muffins whipped with a pinch of sugar and egg yolk for 2-3 minutes in the oven (t 200 C) until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
