  • Flakes cereal

    60 g

  • Nuts

    60 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Peach

    2 piece

Ingredients.

Cereals and nuts ground as fine as possible. Is in the flour.

Beat butter with sugar and add the eggs and whisk.

Pour the cream and whip. Add the flour and stir.

Peaches wash, make a cross incision. Pour over boiling water and remove the skin. Cut into 4 pieces and remove the seed.

Molds to fill with the weight in half and attach in the middle of a quarter peaches. If the molds are large, it is possible and half of the fruit.

Bake at t= 180 until the top is browned (about 20-25 minutes ). Allow to cool until warm and serve.
