Rice, I chose the "Indica" white long grain from "Mistral". In this dessert, for me it is important that the rice is well soaked cream, but retained the form. Rice must be washed thoroughly.
Pour the rice in a small saucepan the cream, add the sugar and vanilla, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to minimum, cover and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Cooked rice mix well and let cool completely. The cooled rice for 20-30 minutes put in the freezer.
In a blender, divide the rice is cold. Is supposed to be heterogeneous creamy rice paste with a splash of rice. Cold grains of rice are reminiscent of the white chocolate chips in ice cream, as well crunched. Already delicious, by the way. Don't get carried away with the tasting!
From the frozen blueberries make the sorbet. Berry can be any kind you want at the moment and what is available. Importantly, it should be frozen. Add to the berry water (not to kill blender) and 3 tbsp sugar. Sugar more or less. Add to your taste. Instead of water you can partially add the liqueur or brandy. Well, this is the case, if not taste children.
Divide the berries with a blender until the sorbet.
And then fantasize. You can put in glasses or kremanki layers. And you can mix the sorbet with rice, and mix low-quality, to obtain the marble streaks. And decorate as you like. Cream, berries, chocolate... be creative! Can be put directly before serving, and can be expanded in the form in advance and refrigerate (in the freezer is not necessary, since rice freezes stone).
