Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    600 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Marjoram

    0.5 coup

Chicken wings wash and dry.

Onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, yogurt, cardamom, salt blend it in the blender.

Thyme, marjoram, parsley finely chop and add to the mixture. Mix well. Pour the prepared wings. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.

Baking tray lay baking paper. Spread chicken wings, receding from each other. Bake at 180gr. 35-40 minutes.
