Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water
Add in the still hot rice butter.
Clean the shell walnuts (they should be half a Cup) and
Fry the onions in vegetable oil and add to the nuts.
Pour in the nut mix of broth (be sure to warm, not hot!) and
mix well. Season with salt to taste, add the grated garlic and
mix with rice. Bon appetit!
