Salmon with soy glaze
Tender flavorful fish with a crispy crust and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    4 piece

  • Noodles

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.333 coup

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    125 ml

  • Vinegar

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Juice

    60 ml

  • Chili

    1 piece

Ingredients.

1. Boil noodles until tender and season with 1 tbsp oil. Cut radish and cucumber into sticks, green onions, thinly slice on the diagonal.

2. Mix all ingredients for the glaze.

3. To fry fish in vegetable oil first, skin down on medium heat for 5 minutes to become Golden and crispy. Then drain from the pan all the fat, flip the fish, pour half the glaze and cook for another 3 minutes, constantly basting with sauce (glaze).
