  • Bay leaf

I cooked in multivarka-pressure cooker: Beef cut into medium pieces.

Carrots and onions clean. Cut into medium-sized pieces and add to beef.

1/3 of the cranberries to put entirely, the rest-beat with a blender and pour beef and vegetables.

Salt, add spices, sugar and put in 25 minutes ( if You have a slow cooker NOT a pressure cooker, then 1 hour). If we are preparing on the stove, it is all stacked (except for Bay leaf and peppercorns) in a pan, stir, bring to a boil, reduce fire and cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours, add Bay leaf and pepper, keep for another 5 minutes and switch off.
