Cooking
Rinse the lentils and soak it with water overnight or for 4 hours.
When it will increase in size in 2-3 times, you can start cooking meat. If the water is not all absorbed, you need to drain the remaining liquid.
Next, in a blender or grinder to grind the lentils with the onion and bread crumb.
If the mass is too thick and badly crushed, add a little water. Salt, pepper to taste.
Formed patties. Coat them in wheat flour. I prefer for breading corn flour, but rather a mixture of corn and wheat (1:1) — the crust will be more pronounced. This batter is also suitable for fish. And fry patties in a pan with vegetable oil. Bon appetit!
