I was recently on the website... maybe already had the recipes for these meat meatball... If a repeat, sorry in advance... Very filling, quick to prepare dish of meat and potatoes.

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces of medium size, repel, salt and pepper. I took pork. You can combine with the bird. For example, white chicken meat, about the same size, the same beats and bonded with pork or veal egg.
Wipe a raw potato in food processor or large grater. Potatoes take is based on one piece of meat 2 medium potatoes.
Squeeze the potatoes thoroughly, add eggs, flour, salt. Stir.
Meat stick grated potatoes, pressing the juice from the potatoes.
Fry each side for approximately 8 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with sour cream, mushrooms, mushroom sauce. Bon appetit!
