Fish souffle from kindergarten
The recipe is not completely from vacation, and brought me out of kindergarten that my kids go, about 3 years ago. Delicate souffle of available ingredients! My innovation - soy sauce, which I decided to replace the salt! Children consumed instantly, even the smallest, because there is practically nothing to chew, no bones, but still it is very useful - cooked in a water bath! Try to cook and Your kids will love it!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fish chop with an immersion blender. I had the red fish, we can take any.

Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.
