My innovation - soy sauce, which I decided to replace the salt! Cooking
Fish chop with an immersion blender. I had the red fish, we can take any.
Add the soy sauce. I use soy sauce TM Cccamp.
Add sour cream, beat again.
Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.
Gently put in the fish mass beaten egg whites. Mix well.
Put in ovenproof form. Put in baking tray in baking tray pour hot water.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
