Mussels in cream with pasta and cheese
This dish is iconic for our family! My husband made me on his first home date... And when I want to feel the romance of the first meetings, or enjoy a delicious and meaningful meal - I bought my husband this dish!!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mussels

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Here our products. Plus oil for sautéing, and salt. Mussels put in the package in the sink to thaw.

Slice the onions thin half-rings and put on a heated pan with oil. Slightly saute the onion on medium heat.

Add the garlic, passed through a press and stir. A bit put out. Add the cream. Season with salt to taste. Don't forget that cheese is also quite salty.

The cream should not boil, make the minimum fire. Thawed mussels, rinse with cold water and put in cream. The better the mussels, the tastier get our meal. Saute about 5 minutes on low heat. Off.

Boil the macaroni. Best suited fettuccine. You can get fresh pasta or make yourself like someone like that. I added during cooking a little rapeseed oil with Basil.

Spread on plates of pasta. A plate is better to take with a small side or both for a first.

Pasta in the middle of the plate spread with a spoon the mussels with the onions and pour the sauce.

Final touch - cheese. Naturem on a fine grater cheese and generously sprinkle our dish!!! Bon appetit!!!
