Cooking

step-0
I took a piece of pork neck. Washed it, wiped with napkins and stuffed with garlic. Rubbed with just salt, pepper, as usual you do. Put in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
step-1
The next day prepare the sauce first. To do this, take tomato paste and mix with honey, water and vegetable oil. I didn't have that. paste I took ketchup and added water.
step-2
Smear it all meat and give him back to bed, well about 2 hours, as you will have over time. Then fry it in a pan on all sides quickly.
step-3
We prepare our yogurt. I take such of 1.5 %.
step-4
Mix the yogurt, protein, starch. Add salt to taste. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
step-5
Fried meat put into a roasting pan and pour hot yogurt, put another sprig of rosemary. It took me not all yogurt, as the dose was not big, but I did everything according to the recipe. And yogurt meat should fill only half. Cover with a lid and put in oven for 2 hours at 200g. I'm at the end of the 20 minutes open the lid and baked the meat to a crisp, it is possible to get from the dose, if you have a life like mine, a little, and without it on the sheet bake for just 15 minutes, until Golden corcky. With yogurt, you can then make a sauce. All the most delicious meat is ready! Help yourself!
step-6
PS and yet, it is gravity in the fridge and eat as a cold snack.
