Ingredients

  • Turkey

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Turkey fillet cut into small pieces the same.

In a deep heavy skillet, heat butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil. On a fairly high heat brown the Turkey pieces on all sides.

When the meat is browned, place it in a deep plate and keep warm and in the pan put chopped onion and 1 whole garlic clove. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Then return the Turkey pieces to the pan with the onions. Add the dry white wine. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash and chop mushrooms not very finely mushrooms. Remember that mushrooms it is best not to wash in water and clean wet cloth (sponge).

After 30 minutes add the meat and mushrooms and gently mix everything.

Add finely chopped parsley and crushed the second clove of garlic.

Now prepare the sauce for fricassee. To do this, mix together 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp water, juice 0.5 lemon, salt and pepper. Stir all with a fork.
