Dessert with grapefruit (citrus) jelly and cottage cheese cream
Early spring is the time of avitaminozov! Last year's harvest of vegetables and fruits for vitamins it's almost free, and the new crop yet. I bring to Your attention very tasty and incredibly healthy dessert of grapefruits, dried apricots and cottage cheese with low sugar content. If You basically not a fan of grapefruit, then take the oranges or tangerines. I and my whole family in this dessert just fell in love. And I hope you enjoy!

  • Grapefruit

    300 ml

  • Gelatin

    9 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

Of grapefruit squeeze the juice. I had three little ones, but you can take two large. You should get 250-300 ml of juice. It is because you need fresh ingredients, I put "grapefruit", not "grapefruit juice", well, because grapefruits have different sizes, I the number indicated in ml.
