Many people like puff "bulk" a pie with apples and semolina. Try to cook it with oatmeal and walnuts - a new taste and a crunchy nut crust!

Cooking
Before preparing the cake to remove the oil in the freezer. Mix oatmeal, flour and sugar.
Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater (makes about 800 g). Nuts chop with a knife. Divide the dry mixture into four parts, and apples - three.
In a greased form (I have silicone D 24 cm) put layers of the mix, starting with the oats, flour (in the last batch add the nuts). Each layer is compacted (it is convenient to use kartofelina).
Frozen butter is to grate it on the surface of the future pie. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Pie cool, then remove from the mold. It is very Apple, very juicy and tender, with a crispy crust. Delicious!
