Potatoes with leeks in cream
Potatoes, baked with onions successor in cream is a perfect garnish. This dish is one of the oldest and favorite in my family.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Leeks

    200 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices thickness of 5-7 mm, to spread in a baking dish.

Add the leeks cut into rings.

Season with salt and pepper, pour the cream and milk.

Cover with foil and place in pre heated oven for 40 minutes.

When the cream will be absorbed into the potatoes, remove foil, sprinkle the pieces of butter and bake another 20 minutes until Golden brown.
