What to do the big bummer with the little potatoes? No desire and patience to clean it. And so it goes. Thus was born the recipe for this incredibly delicious food. Cooking
My potatoes well and boil. After boiling water add 3/4 of all the salt and note the time. Cook for exactly 8 minutes. (Lighter compared to the size of potatoes).
Drain, allow to dry a little and cut lengthwise into halves. Place in a bowl, add the butter, mix by shaking. Then add salt, black pepper and again mix by shaking. In that order is important. The salt in this step, I highly recommend the sea, it turns out delicious.
On a baking sheet rolling out the greaseproof paper and put to him the contents of the bowl. Lay the halves cut down and put in preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
