Everyone has their favorite marinades for barbecue. My favorite marinade is based on onion juice. But, the onion marinade for my classic and with it the meat has a traditional taste. Sometimes you want variety. And this kebab is the case. It tastes delicious and has a wonderful appearance. For lovers of sweet tastes, you can add honey, for non-fans completely deleted. The meat turns out juicy has a rich taste. Now this kebab is a very delicious and a favorite in our family.

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces. Wash and dry it. Use any meat. I have pork with fat. Perfect for this marinade and beef and lamb.
The pieces need to be small.
Tomatoes use ripe and juicy.

Filter. We need only the juice. It is best to use it fresh.

We need as much soy sauce. I use Kikkoman soy sauce. It has a wonderful taste.

For meat lovers with a sweet flavor, add honey. If You do not like, that honey is excluded.
Then seasoning. You can use Your favorite, or buy a ready-made seasoning for shashlik. I have paprika, curry and red pepper.
Stir it carefully. Do not add salt. Leave to marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
After shish kebab is marinated add the vegetable oil and taste for flavor. Optionally add salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
For frying I used birch wood, which have a fairly dense wood in the combustion process, it forms hot coals. Is the wood suitable for high barbecues.
