Chicken wings is always very tasty and appetizing. This recipe is one of my favorites. Prepares simple, does not require time for marinating, and taste... These sweet-spicy wings will leave no one indifferent!

Cooking
Wings wash, dry and cut into 3 pieces at the joints. If the thinnest part of the extreme bony is better not to use it. I was cooking, because in our family there are fans of this part.
Bring to boil 1 liter of water, throw salt, turmeric and ground coriander, mix well. Add the chopped wings and boil for 15 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to drain.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix with soy sauce and red chilli pepper.
Garlic peel and finely chop.
In a pan on high heat mix the sugar and vegetable oil. To make the caramel: it should be a dark Golden color. It is important not to overdo, otherwise the caramel will taste bitter. Note: it cooks fast!
Add wings, mix well. Pour lemon-soy sauce. To cook until the liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. It took me 3 minutes. At the end add the chopped garlic, stir, cook another 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
