Coffee-hazelnut cream-dessert

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    3 tsp

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Vanilla essence

    5 piece

Soak the sheet gelatin according to the instructions. Similarly, if you cook with plain gelatin, then fill it with water and leave to swell.

Yolks pound with sugar. If you can do with vanilla sugar, then add it immediately.

Coffee pour water, add milk and let cool. Warm coffee enter to the egg mass. Put the pan on the fire and boil on a slow fire, stirring constantly. After 5-7 minutes the mixture should be slightly thick. Remove from heat. Add water pressed from a plate of gelatin and stir to dissolve. Also add 5 drops of vanilla essence.

Whip the cream. When the cream starts to thicken, add powdered sugar and beat them until soft peaks form.

Fry on a dry pan nuts. They need to cool down. By the way, nuts, you can use any. The cooled nuts grind in a blender. Should get a small crumb. You can leave a few nuts for decoration. They need to divide larger and sprinkle the finished dessert.
