The Cake
Daughter has long been telling me to bake a cake dummy. I chose a long time, in what colour and what style the dress to consider, but then we read a book about "the Snow Queen", and the decision came by itself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Soda

    2 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    160 g

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Milk

    1.5 l

  • Butter

    350 g

  • Cream

    2 pack

  • Mastic

    80 g

Cooking

step-0
Melt on low heat the margarine, honey and sugar.
step-1
Beat eggs with baking soda (without mixer and fanaticism)
step-2
Once the mixture standing on the plate will begin to bubble (boil), pour into it a thin stream of eggs, mixed with soda. Mass instantly increases 2-3 times from the original volume.
step-3
Remove Cup from heat and pour half the norm of flour, mix well. Put the resulting dough on the table and by adding small portions of flour, knead a soft dough. Amounts of flour are approximate.
step-4
Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes. In this time, boil the cream. 0.5 l of cold milk mixed with 1 tbsp. flour and pour in 1 liter of boiling milk. Cool, add 1 tbsp. of sugar and soft butter, whisking to remove in the cold. The dough pinch off small pieces, as thin as possible to roll out and bake in the oven until Golden brown on a baking sheet, dusted with flour. Trim the cakes to a plate while they're hot.
step-5
Of this number the test I got 20 cakes with a diameter of 22 cm, 5 cakes for 18 cm, 5 cakes, 15 Cakes to see pereselit cream and remove the cake in the refrigerator overnight for impregnation. The cake turns out high and the photo shows that I stuck the two BBQ sticks in the cake for reassurance that it is not "floated".
step-6
Our Queen wrap in cling film and make her a dress from postmark. I purchased white fondant, that in the preparation of mastic in the home, it is difficult to achieve a perfectly white color.
step-7
Tint the remaining fondant blue food paint.
step-8
Roll out and logging special (bought back in the summer, finally came in handy) to cut out snowflakes.
step-9
To get the cake out of the fridge. Gently rounded top of the cake with a knife. In the topmost layer in the center to make cuts with a knife across the width of the hips of the doll. Teaspoon quietly remove a bit of cake (at a depth of approximately 5 cm). Vertically to place the knife in the hole and pierce the cake to the pan, turn the knife (we made space for the feet of the doll). Set a doll.
step-10
Decorate the cake with whipped cream and snowflakes.
step-11
So it looks in perspective.
step-12
Enjoy your tea!!!
