Description
Dessert of chocolate mousse with sweet cream and cranberry sauce. Incredibly sweet, not cloying, flavorful dessert with a fine touch of brandy, cream cheese and saucy cranberries. Very tasty combination. Cook it with ease, and will make a fabulous dessert for a romantic dinner.

Cooking
Prepare the syrup, mix water with sugar and cardamom, boil down to a temperature of 115 degrees, beat the whites until stiff peaks, then still whisking, pour a thin stream of hot syrup, whisking on full power to cool the proteins to room temperature
Cover the gelatine with cold water
Chocolate mix with cream, heat in a water bath to rastvoreniya chocolate
Chocolate mixture cool and add the cognac
Gelatin to warm, stir to rastvoreniya lumps, allow to cool and stir it 3-4 tbsp beaten egg whites, then stir in the remaining whites
To chocolate mixture stir in 3-4 tbsp of protein with gelatin, then stir in the remaining whites
A glass to fill with chocolate mousse and sent to cool off for a couple of hours.
For a frozen mousse spread 1 tbsp cranberry sauce from Darbo
Grind in a blender, mascarpone with the icing sugar and cream until smooth and creamy
And spread cream cheese on cranberry sauce
On top of the cream cheese spread 1 heaped tbsp cranberry sauce Darbo
Chocolate folded into a bag and melt in hot water, then SNiP off a small corner and decorate the dessert
