Cooking
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, vanilla, dry yeast, a pinch of salt and stir.
Slightly heat the milk with butter so that the butter has melted. Milk should not be very hot, but warm. Pour the butter-milk mixture into the dry ingredients, add the egg and knead the dough well.
Put the dough in a large bowl, lightly oiled. Cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and put for 1 hour in warm place. I put the dough to rise in oven (electric oven), including it in the "light".
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. To do this, grate the marzipan mass on a coarse grater, chop the almonds with a knife (or a blender), but that turned out quite large pieces.

Roll on the table obtained marzipan mass and form of her "sausage". Cut it into 16 equal parts (number of bagels).
Meanwhile the dough is well risen and increased in volume.
Place it on a work surface and divide into 2 parts (weighing 450 to 500 g). One part of the test raskite in a circle and divide into 8 pieces of segments.
Because each piece of marzipan filling, roll into a little sausage and place on dough over wide end. Roll the bagel, like a croissant. Similarly prepare all the other bagels.
Put the bagels on the laid baking paper baking sheet and let stand, covered with a towel for 10 minutes. During this time, turn on to warm up the oven at 190-200 degrees. After 10 minutes, use the brush to brush the bagels with cream (or egg wash if you like it more!)
Bake bagels in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. In any case, stay in your oven!
