Biscuit chocolate and coffee
Many of us have "home archive" of priceless recipes, TIME-TESTED! So in my cherished notebook written recipe delicious-flavorful - chocolate-coffee sponge cake! Even something between a biscuit and a muffin. Ready cake can be used as a basis for cakes and desserts, or just enough to sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar, and pour yourself a Cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Coffee natural

    100 ml

Make some strong espresso (200 ml. water=2-3 tbsp flavored ground coffee). Melt ( in MICRO )butter (50 g)In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour+starch+cocoa+ salt+soda+baking powder ), in zapesochny bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar (add the sugar in 2-3 portions)to OSVETLENIE and mass gains.

Without stopping the mixer, add in eggs, espresso hot (100-120 ml.), then the melted butter, and yogurt (can yogurt).

Connect the liquid mixture with flour. Bake the cake in the oven, and MV. Bowl MV (shape)butter (at the bottom of the bowl (shape))lay non-stick pad)

Pour into a bowl (shape)the dough. Bake in MV mode (BAKING) 1 hour, or in the oven (170 degrees=50-60 minutes, until dry sticks)

Ready cake remove from the bowl, cool on wire rack.

The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
