Apple pie with Apple roses
The usual Apple pie from a unique perspective-baked portions and are complemented by roses made from apples.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    90 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

First prepare the apples for roses. Peeled from the middle of the Apple cut in half and cut into thin slices (2 mm). Lay on a plate in one layer, almost no overlap. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes at a power of 750 watts. Slices need based-7 pieces for a single rose. The first and last thick and uneven slices to put aside-they will go into the dough Charlotte

Into molds, greased with oil, put 1/3 of the height of the dough. Lay the apples, lightly press them into the dough

Spread the remaining batter-the mold should be filled 2/3 of the height

Lay the roses on top, lightly pressing them to fortify themselves in the test. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches. Then cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
