Crumble cereal
The name given to my home. Originally, the recipe was found on prostorah "Deli", found him in the midst of Apple season. Little changed when I added the pumpkin harvest. Long doubted whether to put because there are similar. But, first, this is not, and secondly, when my home right after the holidays again asked him to bake, he decided. Baked it 12 times already with different apples, they added cherries or, as here, the pumpkin. Delicious and stomach is not hard.

Ingredients

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Here they are, our products. When did photos, muesli was not treated with a mixture of "4 grain", added the raisins, because it is very tasty caramelized. In cereals it is usually already there. So, peel the apples, remove the core. Clean the pumpkin.

Cut all cubes, stir. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 Cup sugar (can vary depending on sweetness of apples. In Antonovka I put more), cinnamon (the husband does not love her, I put vanilla and cardamom). Mix the dry mixture with apples and pumpkin, so all the pieces are obvallaris.

In a separate bowl, mix the muesli (or whatever you have), and 1/4 Cup. flour and as much sugar. Add the melted butter, knead well.

Then add some water (I had juice) and again knead well. I obtained more liquid stated. You need to be seen in the flour mixture and, with stirring, the mixture is "swished" (in plastic bowl).

Put Teflon in the form of apples, sprinkle the top evenly with cereal topping. Bake at 180 deg. about 40 minutes until browned and set top.
