Brussels sprouts with rice and walnuts
Delicious and easy! Recipe for lovers of cabbage in all variants.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    400 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Bacon

    6 slice

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Pre-boil some rice.

Bacon fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.

Boil the cabbage in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then cut in half.

Fried bacon put in a separate bowl.

Oil from under the bacon and fry the cabbage for 5 minutes.

Then add rice, nuts and bacon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Parasivam, aged about 2 minutes and remove from heat.
