Lenten bread with cinnamon
Recipe long ago I had bookmarked, but never had the occasion to use it. And just by the way the post was raided. Wonderful recipe. Does not require much effort. But in the end, incredibly beautiful and fragrant bun:)

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare dough. Warm boiled water to mix with yeast, sugar, tablespoons of vegetable oil and then 2/3 Cup of flour. Beat with a whisk. Get a mass the consistency of sour cream. Add the remaining butter and flour (how much dough - about 2 cups) and knead the dough. Put in a container greased with oil. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours. Once the dough is ready, place on floured surface and punch down.

Roll the dough into the reservoir.

Grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts. Roll into a tight roll.

Make a slit in the center. On the one hand to leave untouched.

Halves to collapse into a braid.

Then the resulting braid to roll into the ring. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
