It's simple. Once a month, at the appointed day, I, like many women, often experience weakness associated with loss of hemoglobin. Offer restorative Breakfast. Breakfast - because I believe its Foundation day (that will lay the basis so a day and spend it). Buckwheat and apples, we all know, is rich in iron. And dark-green leaves to any salads and herbs it has as much as two times more than in buckwheat. By the way, not so long ago it became known that the chlorophyll molecule is almost identical to the hemoglobin molecule of human blood. And now this fact is widely used throughout the world: available food additives powder dried herbs, but fresh, alive, something definitely useful! Cocoa for iron generally in second place after the yeast. I use green buckwheat, not only because we have another not sold :), but because being a few months raw-foodists, love her (like green smoothies). And now, once again going on a traditional diet, retained the best elements of "living" diet. I think that this menu is fine waiting kids, and children and adolescents with a lack of hemoglobin in the blood.

So in the evening we soaked green buckwheat. I was very convenient to do it in a jar which has a lid with a hole. It is possible to open and close (a hole). Buckwheat pour about a quarter of the jar, the rest - water, it is well liked and fills almost the entire remaining volume.
In the morning gently wash the buckwheat (you can soak overnight and during the day, it will be softer - just look carefully, often need to rinse, it gives a lot of mucus), taking care not to damage the grain (in that case, if you will it sprout, if is, at once, that is not terrible, if any broken). I washed the strainer with a handle, under the tap with warm water, not touching the beans with your hands.
It soaked buckwheat. You can continue to sprout (this takes 1-2 days depending on room temperature). I, unfortunately, will not grow in Tae, kisnet, like wheat, probably due to high humidity. So, if you are going to germinate - the first poured the water, washed and left on without water. But two or three times a day wash is a must! If there are no magic bottles with a hole, you can take an ordinary jar, cover it with gauze from above and tightening the elastic.
In the morning, first of all, prepare green smoothies. As it is best to drink for 20-30 minutes before the rest of the food (in order to optimally penetrate: the drink itself, and the subsequent food). I did Thai Kale, mango and local fruit - the consistency of it is similar to our persimmon (but only knit the skin a bit).
Cut the greens and fruit into slices. Size depends on power of your blender. If the blender is powerful, professional, he will grind everything in a homogeneous (uniform) mass. Sometimes (it also depends on the blender, less so from fruit) is better to add water to better Malolos, and sometimes Vice versa - not add. Well, "helping" to grind green banana and mango.
I added some water because the fruit I have "thick". If the smoothie is watermelon, for example, of water, of course, is not necessary. That's what happened.
After we drank smoothies, after some time, chop the apples, spread to the soaked or sprouted buckwheat and sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon. Cinnamon is more traditional, with cocoa more exotic (in my opinion), but as I mentioned, it is a record amount of iron. Sometimes I add salad cream, homemade yoghurt, vegetable oil, cold pressed (there is a place of creativity). But if you have a specific purpose - to raise the hemoglobin, nutritionists recommend eating green buckwheat with no added fat.
