When you want something interesting, and the usual dumplings were boring - do these are unusual "autumn" pots!) Complex little, and ingredients not a whole bunch :)

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: mushrooms defrost (if fresh - wash and cut), vegetables wash and peel.
Make the broth for our dumpling: pour the water, salt and pepper to taste, Bay leaf, one onion whole.
While the broth is boiling, we cut assorted vegetables. The second onion cut into big polyolene, guys cut onion rings ( since the home - it's small), carrots labor on a grater, garlic finely cut or crushed through a press, greens finely chopped, tomatoes cut into small cubes.
When the broth comes to a boil, throws back the dumplings and cook for 7-8 minutes. At this time, in a pan fry half of the sliced onions until Golden brown and add the mushrooms. My mushrooms were on polovinu ready, so fried 5-6 minutes. If you have fresh mushrooms, fry until ready.
When the dumplings are cooked, put them in a container with a lid. To the mushrooms add sour cream and mayonnaise, spices, salt and pepper. Mix well to a pulp, simmer 2-3 minutes. Then to this mixture add cream cheese and again stir and simmer a few more minutes. (Cream cheese can be added, it just tastes more creamy and tender.)
While preparing our " Julien ", lubricated by a very thin layer of oil our pots. Barely :)
Ready, "Julien" remove from heat, cover, and off to the side. Heat oil in another pan and fry our vegetables, all that remains: half the onions, tomatoes, leeks, carrots, garlic. Fry for literally 5-6 minutes.
While frying the vegetables, put our dumplings first layer equal amounts into each pot. Included to warm up the oven. I baked the dish at 200 degrees.
Then a second layer spread the roasted vegetables. Excess fat is desirable to merge.
The third layer we spread our "Julien", together with the sauce. It will impregnate the dumplings, and they will become softer.
And the fourth layer put grated cheese and chopped greens. Close the pots and put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
5 minutes until cooked, removed from the pot cover cheese a little fry top, but inside is still the same melting and gooey :) Before serving, let the pots otvyknut 3-5 minutes. Bon appetit:)
