Chicken with melon

Ingredients

  • Melon

    1 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    1.2 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Wine white sweet

    0.25 cup

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

My chicken thigh, remove all that we don't like the skin. The skin to remove does not matter, just I did not like it.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil (I had sunflower "Ideal").

Fried onions and put the chicken in a bowl.

Add to the soy sauce, white wine and your favorite spices (I had the red sweet paprika, a mixture of peppers, coriander seeds, ground ginger, nutmeg, thyme). All this stir and leave aside for 20-30 minutes so meat is marinated. Unforgettable from time to time to stir.

Melon choose POSELENIE, it should not be the honey, otherwise the meat will be sweet! Melon wash, wipe dry, "set" in a refractory form, cut the top, it will be our makeshift "lid".

Tablespoon take out of melon seeds.

And the same with a spoon take out the melon pulp in a bowl.

Marinated meat with onions stacked in the prepared melon, alternating with pieces of pulp. Add a couple tbsp of the marinade.

Cover with the other part and send in a preheated 160C oven for 25-30 minutes. So the meat is warmed and saturated with the flavors of melon.
