Roasting chicken with vegetables
Hearty, nutritious and delicious dinner for the whole family... and it's all in one big pan... let's eat!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    900 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Slightly fry the onions and carrots.

Add the chicken and leave on low heat for 5-7 minutes...

... during this time, peel, wash and cut the potatoes coarsely. Add to the chicken.

Tomatoes in a blender to turn into a puree.

Add the tomato puree to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, until cooked chicken and potatoes, stirring occasionally. Served hot right on the table. Bon appetit to you and your family!
