For the holidays, the cakes always bake itself, this made for her husband's birthday. Cake went to cheer.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    12 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Mandarin

    5 piece

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Cream

For 1 cake: 6 eggs, 1 Cup. sugar, 1 Cup. flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1/4 tsp salt. Proteins separated from the yolks.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt in a stable foam.

Beat the white yolks with Cup sugar, add 1/3 of beaten egg whites and mix well.

Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.

Then put the remaining egg whites and carefully mix the mass.

Pour the dough in a detachable form and bake in pre-heated oven. While baking the first cake, prepare the dough for the second. Bake, let cool.

While cooling, prepare the cream. I have vanilla from the store. Cooled cakes soak the pineapple syrup. Assemble the cake: the bottom cake to grease cream, put the pineapple, put the second cake, coat the entire cream.
