Berry smoothie with yogurt and maple syrup
This is the easiest recipe this week... But nevertheless, I will offer it to You. Smoothies are familiar with many, if not all, options and... a great variety. Let's try the version from Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • BlackBerry

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Maple syrup

    4 Tbsp

Add the yogurt, milk and maple syrup (Ramsay offers another option powdered sugar, but I would recommend that in the absence of the syrup to replace the honey).
