Orange souffle
Souffle in a little orange peel will be for each of the guests to the opening. It is extremely airy and delicate, with an exquisite aroma.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    5 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

The products required. Preheat the oven to 200*C

Grind grated zest of 1 orange and squeeze the juice out of it. Cut the remaining oranges with a knife and spoon remove the pulp from the remaining oranges. Squeeze the pulp from the juice and add the juice of the first orange. You should get about 300 ml of liquid. Melt in a saucepan the butter, add the flour and stir. Remove from heat and add zest, juice and powder. Put on fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

Wrap the crust with foil and place in portions molds.

Beat the whites in a cool foam and add to orange mixture. Stir well.

Put the ramekins on a baking sheet.

Put the souffle and bake for 20-25 min Caution! the oven cannot be opened. Sprinkle the finished soufflé with icing sugar. Serve immediately, it quickly collapses. BON APPETIT!!!!
