Juicy casserole of zucchini and tomatoes
We continue to enjoy fresh young courgettes and, in General, vegetables, herbs and warm summer! I offer a light summer dish, which will overcome each and delight yourself and your loved ones. Courgettes go well with cheese and succulent tomato adds flavor and color.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cut on the bed of another young zucchini. Or buy.

Zucchini peel and seeds (if they already have), cut into thin circles or half circles. Tomato cut into thin circles. Form for baking grease with melted butter and put vegetables in layers: a layer of zucchini, season with salt, a layer of tomato.

Tomatoes sprinkle with finely torn or chopped Basil leaves and cover with a layer of grated cheese. Repeat layer of zucchini and tomatoes.

The top layer more abundantly sprinkle with grated cheese and spilled cream. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes or until Golden brown.

Take out from the oven and allow to cool a little and serve it. To soak up the sauce, no garnish and not need it, it is quite independent and very delicious hot dish, it is very easy and juicy.
