Kebab on skewers with guacamole of avocado and wild garlic. I love guacamole and often experiment with it. So this time I decided to diversify seasonal greens - wild garlic, and rich soy sauce. It was very tasty, fresh and rich, with a slight garlic flavor. What you need for a kebab cooked on the grill. In my opinion, it was a spring dish. Hearty, but very light, bright and fresh. Nibble on the warm bread just magical!
