Cooking
So.. Dessert may seem a little complex to prepare, but it just seems really really simple. First, prepare the meringue. For this, divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Proteins will beat into a soft mousse in the persistent foam at the end add sugar, gradually, continuing to mix.
On a dry baking sheet, spread spoon half of the protein mass. Form is not important here. In the bulk.. But you need to put 2 meringue in the shape of the tail of the tiger. It's very simple, but the shot I got just a little bit.
The remaining mass was added 1 tablespoon of cocoa. Mix well.
Spread on a baking sheet already chocolate meringues. Bake at 150 degrees. I have about 30 minutes it was baking. And they need to be completely dry on the outside (the finger so as not to stick), and inside a little wet (with pressure cracks the crust and the meringue as if springy). All of them I got a few more than you need for dessert, but I didn't even have time to notice. :-D
For cream cheese (I think cheese, cottage cheese.. I Love it!!!), need mix the egg yolks with the sugar (to 1 tablespoon) and vanilla sugar. Cook in a water bath or on very low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
Mix the cheese with the cooled yolk cream, add lemon juice. Beat with a mixer at high speed until fluffy.
For chocolate, mix the sour cream (adding 1 teaspoon of water), remaining sugar, remaining cocoa and butter. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until a homogeneous mass. It will happen fairly quickly.
With a toothpick, on "tails", put stripes of chocolate mass. Leave it in an inaccessible location, they are fragile!
The grapes are cut along strips. Put in the chocolate. Stir. It turns out the grapes in the chocolate.
Now "collect" a dessert. At the bottom of a glass or bowl, put a little cream cheese.
Next, in any order.. Break meringue into pieces, spread..
Next, the grapes in the chocolate.
Cream, white meringue, then again grapes and cream, chocolate meringue and cream.. How much is enough space in the glass.
But the last layer should be cheese. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and set tail.
Serve immediately. When storing meringues get soggy and lose their "rustest". Also delicious, but not so interesting.. Yes. And don't be alarmed when the dessert begins to settle,it's OK.. Just when posting, try to have fewer voids and then settles, not much.
