Chicken with mushrooms
This recept I came up with myself, but it is so simple and delicious that I have no doubt that it serves a hostess. On the "Cook" I found two similar recipe, but mine all the same a little different, so I dare to publish it. Do not judge very strictly - it is my debut...

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Heat a deep frying pan and fry onion until soft. Add sliced mushrooms (I used sliced frozen mushrooms, saves a lot of time, but the fresh mushrooms, of course, out of competition!) Mushrooms immediately give a lot of juice. At this stage you can already add salt.

Until the mushroom juice evaporates, you can do a chicken. I have in the freezer usually always have chicken breast, but I buy it with skin and bone. Remove the skin and separate the fillets from the bone. It does not take much time. Chicken cut in small pieces "one bite"...

Add chopped chicken to the mushrooms, she immediately begins to change color - sweeet. Stir...

And you can add sour cream. I add three tablespoons to the top, but this number is approximate, guided by your taste.

Stir. It's time to add freshly ground pepper and a little nutmeg. Very few that only appeared a hint of nutmeg... this would be possible and to stop, it's delicious! But we go further.

Grilled cheese, grind (I just broke it into small pieces) and add to the chicken and mushrooms. Stir until the cheese is melted and eat!

As the chicken is prepared with a delicate creamy mushroom sauce, I prefer to serve it with pasta. By the way, they cooked about the same and in 20-30 minutes you can prepare a light and nutritious lunch. It is very convenient, especially if pressed for time. But, I think that would be delicious with boiled rice or potatoes :) Bon appetit!
