Cooking
The ginger will grate on a small grater. Put into a saucepan.
To Certosa ginger added apricot jam,
cognac. Mix thoroughly the marinade.
Put the meat in the marinade, mix well, and at least one hour leaving at room temperature. Stir every 15 minutes, because the marinade they are fully covered.
Take out the drumsticks in a separate Cup. The marinade diluted with water 1:1. Salt, pepper (I added more soy sauce and jam). Pour the diluted marinade in a baking pan. There also send the meat.
