Drumsticks, marinated in apricot-ginger marinade with soy sauce
This insanely delicious dish! Sharp-sweet marinade is so spicy and flavorful that I ate the fourth part, not yet zamarinovat Shin!)) The meat turns Golden, with a delicious crust and very juicy! For the recipe thanks to Catherine Chepur from Samara.

Ingredients

  • Jam apricot

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken's leg

    5 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Garlic

Cooking

The ginger will grate on a small grater. Put into a saucepan.

To Certosa ginger added apricot jam,

soy sauce and

cognac. Mix thoroughly the marinade.

Put the meat in the marinade, mix well, and at least one hour leaving at room temperature. Stir every 15 minutes, because the marinade they are fully covered.

Take out the drumsticks in a separate Cup. The marinade diluted with water 1:1. Salt, pepper (I added more soy sauce and jam). Pour the diluted marinade in a baking pan. There also send the meat. Sprinkle with seasonings (curry, Khmeli-suneli, garlic, pepper). And sent in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
